Autumn Michaelis
Autumn Michaleis is a self-taught recipe creative, mom to 5 boys, and Whole30’s Coaching Manager and Certified Coach. Autumn loves making easy, budget-friendly recipes for her family of 7 who have eaten Paleo-ish since 2017, which she shares on Whole Food for 7. She has a BS in Exercise Physiology from BYU but focused on food when she realized how deeply it can change our health. She lives with her family near Sacramento, CA and can often be found hiking and adventuring.
